RUSTIC CHARM​

Sunshine Holler's charm comes partly from hand-hewn logs dating back to the late 1800’s, which were relocated from another cabin for the build. Here you'll find a mix of rustic and modern, relaxation and outdoor adventure, and country living not far from town.
Our Amenities Include...
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fire pit, charcoal grill, patio furniture. Kayaks & paddle boards available by request.
INDOOR LIVING: Wifi, board games, books, electric fireplace, king bed, queen bed, and full bed, sectional couch, bean bag that opens to a queen bed, futon, and air beds.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with coffee maker with coffee and creamer, toaster, air-fryer, blender, spices, cooking oil, pots & pans, and baking dishes.
PARKING: Upper parking area with space for four vehicles or room for a boat, plus room for more down the driveway.
FYI: There are quite a few steps and stairs both inside and out.

Feel the sun on your face, hear the birds chirping around you, and if you're lucky catch a glimpse of a deer or two. Enjoy the peaceful nature of being out in the forest with all the amenities and access to modern conveniences.

Here you can escape the bustle, put your feet up around the firepit, gaze at the stars, read your book on the deck over coffee, or cozy up in the big living room to stream your favorite movie. It's time to unwind.

Whether you want to go on a hike or adventure on the water, we're conveniently located mere minutes from Pine Grove, Paynetown, and Lake Monroe and only a short drive from Brown County, Hoosier National, and Hardin Ridge.
